Are You Carrying Other Peoples Energy?


Did you know that we all give off a great deal of energy?

This energy we emit from our body primarily comes from one place- our mind.

If you want good things to come into your life, you need to learn about negative energy and how you can keep it away from you.

By being able to recognize all the negative things, you will find that you can enjoy the more positive energy and better things in your life.

How can you tell if you’re carrying around negative energy?

• You might feel irritable or angry for no apparent reason.
• You might not feel well, again for no apparent reason. For example, unexplained aches and pains, headaches, fatigue and so on.
• You react in negative ways that just aren’t like the real you.
• It’s difficult to feel happy or joyful, even when you have reasons to feel very positive.
• You feel depressed, disconnected, emotionally numb or resentful of yourself and others.

The negative energy in your life can block out all of the good things you want to experience.

The negative energy acts as a door when it’s locked; it prevents access. Negative energy prevents good things from happening.

How do you get rid of this gunk that’s messing up your powers of manifestation?

Clear your thoughts by writing out the Negative stuff in your head

Anything and everything that’s bothering you, just write it down.

Don’t try to talk yourself out of it or over analyze it, just write it as it flows into your mind and out through your pen or typing fingers.

If you have trouble doing this, set a timer for 15 minutes and just start writing anything. Don’t stop until that timer goes off. You’ll be surprised what comes to the surface after the first few minutes.

For maximum results, do this exercise daily.

NOTE: For the first few minutes after doing this exercise, you might feel worse. But that’s okay because it’s just your body letting all this negative stuff go.

Within 15 minutes you should be feeling better, and within an hour or less you should feel lighter, happier and more optimistic.

Cutting the cords

If people seem to take your energy away from you, then this is an excellent exercise for you.


Past and present connections with family members, friends and lovers can remain even after a relationship ends or transforms.

That’s why you need to cut the cords.
To do this, just think of the person with whom you’ve had a relationship and visualize the cord between the two of you Afterward. Bless the person, wish them well, and say the following: “I now release you in love and light.”

When you’re falling asleep each night, ask yourself, “Do I have any attachments or cords with anyone I met today?” If you find something, bless them and release the attachment.

Sea salt baths

Sea salt has fantastic cleansing abilities because it draws energy out.
The method is simple: Have a hot bath containing sea salt, Himalayan salt or Epsom salts. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil, such as peppermint to energize you, or lavender to relax you. Rosemary, citronella, and eucalyptus are all good for cleansing as well.
Afterward, you should feel refreshed, renewed and much calmer and more serene.

Connect to Nature

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by emotional stress, or you just need to get away from everything for a little while and feel centered again, then take a walk in nature.
Walking in nature has a double benefit – first, you’re getting exercise, which helps tremendously to clear out bad energy and overall just feel better.
Second, being in nature reconnects you to something primal and unspoken inside of yourself.
Even just 30 minutes of walking in nature can have real benefits. And making this a daily habit can be life transforming.

Keep a Gratitude list.

Another great way to improve the quality of your energy is to write a gratitude list. This should include things that you’re appreciative of in your life, i.e., your health, your family, your character, your job, past triumphs, accomplishments, and successes.

When you have completed your gratitude list, carry it around and pull it out to read from time to time.

Doing this will instantly lift your mood making it difficult for you to generate low-quality negative thoughts.

Another way is what I call Energetic Re-Alignment
