6 Steps To Harness The Power Of Intention

INTENT

A series of actions that begins the process. The thing that you plan to do or achieve to bring into motion. The key to personal transformation is intent we can only transform ourselves to the degree that our intent is engaged.

 

Setting intentions

Each journey begins with intention.

Setting the intention is the foundation for each step you will take throughout your process for manifesting. Your intention is determined by your hearts desires.

It answers the questions of what you want to get out of this ritual and where you’re going. When setting the intention, it is important to open your heart space using your imagination as a guide and to put aside all preconceived notions.

It is Time to allow the great mysteries to unfold for you. The only requirement is to open yourself to the universe and cultivate an awareness of your devotion and dedication. Then let it go.

Initiative

take initiative To take the initiative involves action on your part.

It is a manifesting your destiny thereby putting the map in your hands. The initiative involves the willingness to get things done and take responsibility for your future. It’s creating a contract with the universe that you will be responsible for your part of the outcome of this experience.

Nurture

nurture your intentionWhen you nurture an idea and care for, it let it grow to give it what it needs to give hope inspired with confidence and. You give them strength to become your desires and then letting it go.

“Nurture your thoughts nurture your goals your desires your prayers and your hopes and nurture them and your awareness your devotion and dedication, and with this, you will give them strength to become and you encourage them.  You welcome them like a good friend into your Life.

Trust

TrustTrust from your heart and have faith in the belief that it is always possible. Having trusting yourself and knowing and having the confidence that it will all move forward and the way it is supposed to be.

Engage

Engaging your intentions is the ability to integrate the interpretation of your desires.

Engage what you want and desire. You need to learn to trust, communicate, and engage with your intentions so that you can tap into new dimensions.

Freedom in letting goNonattachment (Let it go)

Taking initiative is important because it allows you to influence your future. However, it is essential that you allow the universe to step in when necessary a destination the Matt is useful so as long as one is not tethered bye. It is important that you see your intention as your vision. This does not necessarily mean that the journey will be tailored to your every wish. Taking on an attitude of nonattachment will help you remain flexible in and your path and understand that some outcomes are shaped by other forces also knowing the universe has amazing plans and it could always be better than you could ever imagine.

Transformation

Having a healthy perspective on transformation is essential. To be truly successful, a transformation has to be part of, your daily lifestyle. To be transformed, you need to start by setting small goals rather than lofty goals to reach them. This will certainly help you live an inspired and allow the transformations to happen.

HERE'S AN INTENTION EXERCISE FOR YOU:

Here’s an Intention Exercise for you:

Set an intention (a daily intention, preferably when you first awaken) to notice something you feel grateful for, say, to appreciate your health and your good qualities or to remember specific things you do that benefit yourself and others. This is a healing practice. Do it often, just for a moment, throughout your day.

If you take a few minutes first thing in the morning when you wake up, to set this intention and to visualize and sense yourself practicing it through the day, you’ll quickly find that living by intention nourishes your soul.

Stay inspired, make things happen,

Awaken… the spirit that is within you…

Ignite … the fire that inspires you..

Align… with your hearts desires.
